How much will my repair cost?

The repair cost you see online is an estimate based on typical services. Once you bring your scooter or e-bike in, we’ll assess it in person. Before starting any work, we’ll confirm the final cost with you, so there are no surprises.

Do you repair all brands and models?

We repair most major e-scooter and e-bike brands. Specifically, we service Dualtron, Teverun, Rovoron, NAMI, Kukurin, Ninebot, Xiaomi, Vsett, Kaabo, PureElectric, InMotion, KingSong for e-scooters, and Victory, Engwe, Fiido for e-bikes. For most brands, we handle common repairs—like brakes and tires. If we don’t have parts for your brand (like controllers or motors), contact us. If possible, we’ll assist—or you can bring your own parts, and we’ll install them!

How long will my repair take from drop-off to completion?

Repair times vary: some fixes take 40 minutes to an hour, others may need a day or two depending on complexity. We’ll notify you when it’s ready—collection is required within an hour. After 24 hours, storage fees of €25 per day apply. Payment is upfront—no payment, no repair. If parts aren’t in stock, you’ll pay for the part, take your ride, and we’ll call you when it arrives for the final fix. Prompt collection keeps everything smooth!

Is my repair covered under warranty, and how does that process work?

If your e-scooter, e-bike, or electric unicycle is still under warranty, email us at hello@lifty.co with your full name, brand, model, receipt, proof of purchase. We’ll manually schedule a warranty booking.
We must assess the issue first to confirm coverage. If the warranty has expired, don’t worry—we can still repair it, though charges apply. Be sure you have a confirmed booking email before visiting; no walk-ins for warranty repairs. Once confirmed, we’ll handle everything smoothly!

What happens if I’m late for my repair appointment?

If you're late for your repair booking, you have a 5-minute grace period. After that, the booking may be canceled. If you know you’ll be late, call us at 014434946. We’ll try to fit you in later the same day if we can, or we’ll reschedule you for the next available slot!
