In its original D configuration, the E3 Pro D is designed around Ireland’s core public-road technical limits: 20 km/h maximum design speed, 400 W continuous rated power, less than 25 kg vehicle weight, wheels larger than 200 mm, brakes, lights, indicators, reflectors and an audible warning device. This is not a government certification. Public-road use requires the manufacturer plate and conformity documentation, a roadworthy unmodified scooter and a rider aged 16 or over.
