Rovoron S7 electric scooter compared with Dualtron Thunder 3 by Lifty Electrics

Hello guys, it’s me Marco from Lifty Electrics. Today we are putting two serious machines on the same starting grid: the Rovoron S7 and Dualtron Thunder 3. This is not a made-up “winner” contest. It is a rider-fit comparison using the specifications currently shown on our product pages.

Quick comparison

Rovoron S7: dual 2,500W motors, up to 7,600W peak, 84V 37.1Ah Samsung battery, claimed range up to 140km in favourable conditions, 11-inch tubeless tyres, four-piston hydraulic disc brakes and 49.5kg listed weight.

Dualtron Thunder 3: up to 11,000W peak, 72V 40Ah battery, claimed range up to 125km in favourable conditions, 11-inch tubeless tyres, NUTT hydraulic brakes and factory-listed IPX5 water resistance.

Where the Rovoron S7 shines

The 84V platform, big Samsung pack and cartridge suspension make the S7 a compelling long-range performance package. Its EY4 display adds Bluetooth-connected controls, while four-piston brakes suit a machine with this mass and potential. Our table currently lists IPX5; confirm the exact supplied specification with Lifty because versions and published documentation can change.

Where the Thunder 3 shines

The Thunder name brings a well-developed performance platform, an enormous listed peak-output figure and wide upgrade ecosystem. Riders who value Dualtron’s cockpit, chassis feel and supported Lifty Labs options—including compatible brake, tyre and waterproofing work—may prefer it even when the spec-sheet numbers are close.

Marco’s verdict

Choose the S7 if its 84V character, listed battery capacity and equipment package match your priorities. Choose the Thunder 3 if you want Dualtron’s established platform, higher listed peak figure and upgrade path. In both cases, test fit matters: these are heavy machines, so storage, lifting, rider height and service access deserve as much thought as acceleration.

Road-use reality

Both product pages show a 25km/h restricted setting. Higher performance is for private land or places where permitted. The rider remains responsible for complying with Irish law, wearing suitable protection and using the machine within its approved conditions.
