What the assessment includes
The assessment fee covers diagnosis and inspection—not parts or additional labour. If the fault is simply a loose or disconnected wire that can be safely reconnected during assessment, the workshop may fix it without additional labour. No mystery invoice, no replacing half the scooter because someone felt optimistic.
Before you arrive
- Bring the charger and keys
- Explain when the fault started
- Mention water exposure, impacts or previous work
- Do not continue riding with brake, stem or battery faults
Repairs, not unnecessary upgrades
This service is about restoring safe, reliable operation. If a component is serviceable, the goal is not to sell a shinier one. Marco’s workshop philosophy: the best part is the correct part—and sometimes the correct part is the one already fitted after proper adjustment.
