MODEL CLASSIFICATION & BIKE TO WORK
Check the exact variant’s motor rating, assistance cut-off, throttle and manufacturer classification before relying on road-use or scheme eligibility. A product category or brand name alone does not establish compliance.
Revenue’s tax-exemption limits are €1,500 for a qualifying e-bike or pedelec and €3,000 for a qualifying cargo bike, including eligible safety equipment. These are purchase limits, not tax refunds. Employer participation, eligible journeys and scheme rules apply; personal savings vary.

Contact us first with the model and symptoms to confirm support, scope, price and availability. Completion time depends on diagnosis, parts and workload.

05 WARRANTY COVERAGE & DELIVERY RATES
MODEL-SPECIFIC WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty duration, covered components and exclusions depend on the exact model and written terms. Check the product warranty and Lifty’s policy before purchase. Optional workshop weather protection does not automatically change manufacturer cover. Your statutory consumer rights are separate from a commercial warranty.
Bicycle delivery within Dublin: €89. Delivery outside Dublin within Ireland: €99.
Free delivery within Ireland applies only when a single order exceeds €4,000. UTO e-bikes remain collection only.
Store collection is free at 157 Capel Street, Dublin 1.
Professional Bicycle Assembly & Setup: from €49 for Fiido, UTO and other small bikes; ENGWE €79. Includes assembly, brake adjustment, gear tuning where applicable, wheel alignment, tyre-pressure checks, fastener checks and a final safety inspection. Available with store collection only.
For delivery outside Ireland, check the available options and final charge at checkout.
