Optional workshop weather protection does not automatically change manufacturer cover. Your statutory consumer rights are separate from a commercial warranty.

No. Because this high-performance scooter exceeds statutory thresholds (over 400W continuous power or 20 km/h speed limit), it is restricted strictly to private land, closed racing tracks, and export.
No. Under National Transport Authority (NTA) regulations enacted in October 2024, all electric scooters (including folded models) are strictly prohibited on all public transport across Ireland.
No. Under Irish Revenue statutory regulations, electric scooters and unicycles are strictly ineligible for the Bike to Work tax relief scheme (which applies only to pedal bicycles and EN 15194 pedelec e-bikes).
